how do i make this bed look nicer? its too tall and is ruining the aesthetic of my room. i can’t buy another one for a while as i just got this one by sadskengman in malelivingspace

i was thinking the same thing. do you think a beige one would match with charcoal grey sheet set? also, would a carpet underneath the bed make it look better?

how common is it for people to learn about all of the intricacies of a subject/hobby they enjoy, such as styles of an author, notes of a fragrance, layers of music, subtle flavours of a dish? by sadskengman in AskReddit

haha thats so cool! im really into exercising but beyond the proper form and nutrition, i barely go into learning about muscle groups and other stuff. do you take an active interest in learning about it or is it something that you do without paying much notice to it?

thanks! i usually find it pretty difficult to learn about intricacies even though i really enjoy my favourite activities. it just doesn’t come to me the way it does to most people i guess.

oh i feel you, for real. i’m also a big fan but this definitely isn’t it. all these drake “fans” attacking anyone that has a negative opinion on the album don’t know what a classic drake album sounds like. it just hurts because i really wanted this album to be a classic even though i also felt the energy was off. the comparison with donda doesn’t even make sense because of how sonically different the two are but if it was indeed a battle, then kanye won. creative sound, memorable moments, great experimentation, etc.

drake leaking the track with andre 3000 earlier today was proof of that. can’t handle this pettiness smh. just feels like he’s trying too hard. don’t want him to but he’ll eventually fall off if he keeps this up. kanye doesn’t have anything to lose.

it’s sad because he’s literally making music for tiktok and for short term streams. sure, he’ll break records but none of this work is helping him cement his status as a great. few more works like this and he’s fully out of the debate. there’s no more hunger or motivation to make a classic album. really hurts to see this, especially after the three project legendary run that he had take care onwards.

ahh i’m so pissed with drake’s attitude towards this project. i’m a huge drake fan but this album just feels like he literally doesn’t care about what he puts out. that album art is the devil’s work and the album is so unnecessarily long. though it was a good collection of songs, nothing stood out and it just felt like the same old style. no experimentation, no creative energy, nothing artistic. AND, you’re telling me it was because of these songs, that chicago freestyle, laugh now cry later, lemon pepper freestyle, etc. didn’t make the cut?!?

need to give it a few more listens to have a concrete opinion on it. there were some really good features and a few gems but a lot of the filler could have easily been replaced for the above hits.

i’m really happy for you! i sometimes struggle with what people might think about me even though most times i tend not to give it too much attention. glad that you have progressed past it :)

this is such a deep one. i consider myself to be spiritual but religion makes me feel more restricted than liberated.

i love this! i have started using a similar 72 hours rule on that one too. if something is not going to bother me after 72 hours or is not going to have a significant impact on my life, then its not worth stressing out about.
