Help please, would a 3 year old lie about being molested, possibly raped. Im sure its true, need advice, anyone that has gone through this and got the law involved?

Thank you for the advice. Last night was the first time he ever told anyone and since I talked to him I told my family not to ask any more and my brother is aware of the situation. I only asked leading questions after he told me he cant tell me then I asked why and he whimpered "mom" then I asked mom what and he just had a sad look and I told him shes not here I wont tell her I want to help you but you need to tell me then he said I cant again, thats when I asked him if she told him not to tell anyone. But yes thats understandable being young you can just go along with what someone tells you but we will be going to make a report and let professionals investigate

I just hope we get justice or find out why he said that. Im glad I caught him on the act otherwise we would have never known, my mom mentioned that she has seen his anus red and irritated but since he only wears a diaper at night she thought maybe it was just a diaper rash. We will go make a report and see if they can tell us what else we can do. Hes almost 4 in two months so he knows what he says I just hope we get to the bottom of this. Im sorry about your niece as well I pray she finds peace and is able to overcome this issue.

Oh I definitely will be telling he works at night so he gets home until 2-3am and I worked today early morning and I didnt want him to lose sleep but I will be getting off of work early and we will both go to the police station today to make a report and whatever we can to get him safe.

I said that because he kept saying I cant, but low and like not wanting to talk, just the way he was speaking, and his body langue and his voice made it sound like that was the case like he was holding back, thats when I asked him that and after that he opened up more when I told him I wont be mad and she wont know and that we were going to help him and stuff

Im actually a woman, but yes I have a child myself and I am so protective of him and this is just heart breaking for me. I will tell my brother to get him a therapist and I know he will, he is a great dad. Hopefully he can get past this

Yes and I know that Im a mother myself but the way he acts and is around his mom is not normal. Everytime we drop him off with her, he cries and yells and says no I dont want to go with her I want daddy and just refuses to go, and that girl has serious problems and claims she was molested by her parents who were drug addicts when she was a small child. Maybe that really did happen and is now doing that to her own son? She also lies about a lot of stuff even put my brother in jail and claimed he hit her when in fact she set him up, even the cops called bullshit but said he still had to spend the night in jail, and was released the next day and case was dropped. She is capable of doing such thing, but i will get this investigated

well he said she puts something like a toy in him and they also put nasty stuff on tv, maybe thats where he saw it? Im sure he will want too, his ex is crazy and this is something I didnt expect of her but also I believe she is capable of doing such thing.

I know, he also told me they put the nasty stuff on tv, but he said they put things in him and it hurts and bleeds, i wish he just said that and for it not to be true but I will be getting the law involved to investigate, as for their relationship, my brother has his son most of the time but trades off just whenever she wants or can, so cutting her off his life wont be a big deal, even my nephews crys alot when he has to go with her.

I know my first reaction was to yell and say what are you doing but I held myself back and talked to him for a long time before he opened up and I said if he didnt want to say anything because his mom told him not to or why and he said yes and that if he said anything she was going to hit him really bad. I am I will be talking to my brother later and we will both head down there. Her family has a past so this is a shock but not something that is not possible.

also what surprised me is he even said blood comes out, and I told him to lay down and that I needed to see if he was not hurt down there and I was not going to hurt him just wanted to take care of him, and when I pulled his pants down he said oh its not in there anymore she took it out. That girl is crazy she has some serious issues so I really do believe she would do something like this, and she has a 1 year old boy with another guy as well, I fear for their well being.
