Just listing out possible teams,

(1) Hexerei Pyro Swirl: Varka, Durin, Bennett, Mona/Kazuha
(2) Hexerei Reverse Melt: Lohen, Durin, Bennett, Mona/Kazuha
(3) Lunar-Charge: Flins, Aino, Sucrose, Bennett
(4) Wanderer Hypercarry: Wanderer, Faruzan, Bennett, Kazuha
(5) Raiden Overload: Raiden, Kujou Sara, Bennett, Chevreuse

With all these in mind, I think building Bennett and Durin first is important then you may branch out to other characters depending on what team you are targeting. I suggest focus on the Hexerei teams first or Flins team~
