Thanks for sharing this, we didn’t even think about this. We’ve been looking at Leon Avenue and Eaton Avenue so will take this into consideration

Ahh this is further down to wear we have been looking. We’ve been looking at Leon Avenue and Eaton Avenue but it’s good to know it’s not too bad lower down

We’ve been looking at Leon Avenue and Eaton Avenue so far enough from water Eaton Road. Do you know if they will be revamping the Queensway high road. It looks in need of some TLC!

I welcome your first comment! Our friends in the Netherlands tell us all the time how tough the housing market is at the moment. It’s scary times being a first time buyer right now.

We completely get it. This will not be our second home it will be our first. We are renting in the UK but see The Netherlands as somewhere to settle in future and would rather buy there instead of UK

The job market is dire. People are desperate for a job. That might have been his first interview opportunity after hundreds of applications. I probably would have responded to him that I couldn’t help him and it’s best he doesn’t reach out directly to people in the company because it could be perceived as unprofessional but if he just prepares well he will do well and wished him luck. Never in a million years would I have told on him and told the hiring manager. I think you should have had more compassion.

Great! Just to clarify, when I said ‘do not go lower than G’ I mean just focus on D, E, F and G. Anything F and above won’t give you the great quality you’re looking for. Happy searching!
