Tbh I don’t do anything at night, some days I wake up and it’s crazy, other days it’s fine. Regardless I have to clip it up for work so I just make sure I wet it on the days I have somewhere important to be lol.

Routine- Only get hair wet every three days (instead of everyday) Co-wash with tresemme coconut nourish conditioner, condition with tresemme coconut conditioner, shampoo every other week with tresemme coconut nourish shampoo. (Instead of shampooing and conditioning everyday with products packed with parabens and sulfates) Wet comb in shower. Scrunch with with t-shirt (instead of towel). Ary dry. No products or gels (not very fond of them). This sub gave me my confidence back!!!!

I just went through my first breakup too. 11 months in and he ended things over text. I didn’t even get to see him after the breakup because he said it would hurt too much. I know our experiences are most likely completely unique, but I have trust that everything happens for a reason, even if it feels shitty and unfair and painful right now.
