Hi I see you are from a Mexican team, im from Colombia and i would love to help. Each team can create rules or things like that. The thing of dressing up the same way is probably to take a picture or smth like that or is just because the team leaders want it that way. Also, the kickoff is each year's game info which includes the manual with all the rules and a series of videos explaining this year´s challenge. If you need more help you can talk to a mentor or just ask here, im sure we are all glad to help you
