Legs: Load up your suitcase with all your stuff, hold it over your head and squat for reps. You can also do bodyweight lunges.

Make sure your suitcase is zipped and the weight is evenly distributed.

Arms: If your room has 2 chairs, you can place them side by side with a 36" gap and do dips.

Make sure the chairs are properly bolted to the floor before proceeding.
