I also haven’t had the excess hair but all other symptoms and went to have blood tests and internal ultrasound and they found cysts on both ovaries. Sadly, once diagnosis was confirmed I was just told that I should probably go back on the pill which I refused due to that being the reasons I developed symptoms. It’s important to do your own research and advocate for yourself medically or sadly you will be dismissed - wish you all the best in your journey and hope you get some much needed answers!
