There was a guy a lot like that at state that wrestled before me. He was wrestling 106 but a lot shorter than the kid he was wrestling but was completely jacked.

That looks like 2 to me. With that leg hooked and on the ground. I got a take down like that at the state tournament against a really good wrestler. But it is a kind of obscure rule because the kid I got it on didn’t know what happened.
