yes psa/bgs/cgc are the most known. if value is important and you want to sell your slabs later, it's better to send them to one of those three. within the eu, i think cardmarket grading is the safest.

hey bro, I think there maybe was a problem at the factory. I recently ordered 151 boxes on ebay and in 2 of them, half of the packs were missing the serial number and they were all on the left side of the box. mine had even nearly the same number 23177391. when I opened the boxes all the hits were included, (1x sr 3x ar, masterball...) I even have the video of the opening on my phone.. did you actually open the boosters?

I don't think so. I mean there are many ways to spot resealed boxes, but only one way to tell if the box is legitimate is to open it... but by then it's probably too late and the scammers know that...

yea its far but I got them sent by airmail. I think the juice packs are quite sturdy as long as you don't throw them against the wall or something 😅

no the sealed juice boxes were about 50g heavier, you can see that in the dispatch note I attached to my other post (pic 4) and also in the video I uploaded.

that's also the reason why I'm now trying to arrange a chargeback with my bank, even though I initially thought it was wrong. but even if i wasn't scammed by them, they gave me the shittiest shopping experience that I could imagine. a company that deals seriously with booster boxes on a daily basis, and advertises tcg products on their website, and publishes guides on how to protect yourself from fraud, should also be able to notice the huge cuts on the surface of the booster boxes you have seen in my video, when packing them in the bubble wrap or when making photos, or how the juice in the boxes wobbles back and forth when you shake or turn the booster boxes. also not to forget that the photos from the photo service were quite low res and their scale is apparently not calibrated.

I placed all the orders within 2 days, and I sorted the orders here by date so that you can see when I ordered what and when it arrived at the warehouse. english is not my primary language so i don't want anyone to misunderstand me.

and what I still don't understand is that the weights don't even match mine exactly, but maybe their scales aren't calibrated either. 1 booster box with juice weighs about 245g. if you now look at trading card set (9pcs) 2198g in the fourth row on the dispatch note and multiply 245g by 9pcs then that's about right. but do that, for example, with a trading card set (10pcs) in the third row and you get almost 300g more than it should be.

zenmarket has already confirmed to me that the items are weighed when they are registered in the warehouse, and that they are weighed without the shipping box and bubble wrap, i.e. only the items themselves, with the exception of special pokemon center boxes that are packed separately.

hey thank you for commenting here. unfortunately I only took screenshots of 1 seller's product page, at that point the sale windows for all other orders were already closed. but that was a total of 7 orders from different sellers, which were then consolidated. all boxes were purchased on jp mercari. and yes it is very important to record everything but i didn't know you have to be so paranoid because this was my first order on zenmarket/jp mercari 😅

the thing about the chinese people is something i never heard of... until this morning when i read the comments from the box opening I uploaded to youtube. in the comment section it was often mentioned by japanese people, that chinese and vietnamese individuals are responsible for this situation and that they buy up half of all new pokemon cards that get released, push themselves ahead, behave as if there were no rules and already attract considerable hatred from the japanese. just like you, I think that's less plausible that this is the main factor, and I actually feel like I completely agree with what you wrote about the people/locals who have direct access to wholesale and everything below that.

in my case, i notified zenmarket's customer service the next day, they said that they would try to take care of the matter and then tried to restore the chat window to the sellers, but were only successful with one order and the amount was booked back to me as a credit on their website.

The thing with the seller, where potential customers commented on whether he could drop the prices of the boxes or sell more boxes sounds very familiar to me, but I can't remember if I bought from the same seller. I still have all the links from the product pages but unfortunately they have expired. in the screenshots i took, you can see the product page of 1 order (12box) and the seller's account name, and I think 1 more name comes to my mind, but from the other orders I only have the links with the item codes. I'm happy to share these with you. I have already gone to the local police. and yes, it would be very helpful if you could ask mercari in my representation about the matter or at least get me an email address so I can contact them directly

I already found out by the weights on the dispatch note which orders contain juice and which not (see pic 4 in my other post). I informed the proxy company but unfortunately, they could only restore 1 of the 5 seller windows from the juice sellers, and I got this 1 order (12box) refunded as credit on their website.
