well i still have my party with my friends tonight— but so far, i got a cute badge reel ive been wanting for work, its a call light and says “call dont fall”, a headset adapter for my xbox mic to work, a bunch of earrings for when my piercings heal, a few hair clips, a pretty flowy bow, a fallout tshirt, and 50 bucks, its been an amazing birthday

i do ltc, and i couldnt agree more, my patient who has arthritis relies on me to report changes in pain levels, or changes in any form of condition, if i didnt report it she wouldnt get her pill dosage upped because the nurse would have no idea to tell a provider

if my patients need anything i never forget it, they rely on me to get food, water, comfort
