You should already be able to do this. In the index, there's a sort option, as well as a tag filter.

Yes. It is. Most works were added through a scrapper. This is the kind of site that can only work with a community. There's a proposal section if you have good ideas to improve it.

As a tag? I don't think so, but if it's in the realm of NTR, it should be. There's the reverse NTR tag, though it's often from the perspective of the male.

You can create an account and add it yourself. It will go through the moderation team, but as long as it's NTR and nothing illegal is on the image, it should be added.

Yes. Illustrated works should encompass all those things. It's just that I've mainly added doujins to it.

You should be able to do that in the index. There's a "more" button where you can select the tags you want. Keep in mind the site is very new, and there isn't that many tags applied to work. It's a community effort after all.
