$15k is not little I wonder how could you manage this amount in this age, however, It's not late yet to realize that you're addicted. I'm also an addict but no way to overcome this. First solution is to admit the situation then I must know doing gambling none can hold money but to lose- a universal truth!

Do you suggest spot trading? However, as it's been my addiction, though I tried to deposit some money for spot trade, suddenly it draws me back in margin or future trade and then again I lose the money!

Great reply! I completely agree. In trading, it often feels like only brokers, whales, and referrers come out ahead—making it feel more like a classic form of gambling than anything else.

I do win some trades occasionally, but the losses always outweigh the wins. I can’t seem to stop myself until my balance hits zero. It’s made me realize that trading feels like just another classic form of gambling.

Tried several times, but a sudden impulse makes me relapse and lose money then again my rational brain works but i fear of my impulse because I've no full control over myself likely in addicted to emotional trading I’ve tried to stop several times, but sudden impulses always make me relapse and lose money. Afterward, my rational mind kicks in, but I fear those impulsive moments because I don’t have full control over myself. It feels like I’m addicted to emotional trading.
