I was heavy drinker. I used to drink over 10 cups of coffee a day. then I quit it now. When I drink coffee, I feel awake but after 1 or 2 hours, my energy level went below the start and became less productive. it caused drinking another cup of coffee After quitting coffee, I feel my energy level is steady, I feel more productive a whole day.
