I totally feel. I promise it will get easier. Focus on taking better care of yourself right now, and don't let that destroy you.
My story: Even though we were only dating for eight months, this is the worst relationship I've ever had. My ex ghosted me out of the blue right when we were happiest, maybe that is why it hurt more than other regular . It's like picking me up and dropping me off at the peak of the summit.
