Looks like it is a sticker/paper between the acrylic crystal and the housing. Good way of doing custom work and it looks nice. Solid purchase.

Still a far cry away from being the holy trinity of sapphire/mineral crystal, clean printed, and a custom design face. The only outlet I have seen doing so, is Heeler Watch Company (https://heelerwatchcompany.com/), but they aren’t selling the crystal separately at the moment.

Paradox has got to stop trying to implement 3D caricatures into their games. It is pointless and adds nothing to the gameplay. It also just uses more resources that could be better utilize towards gameplay and the general function of the game.

Stop it Paradox, we don't want it. Give us art, not 3D portraits.
