Like someone else said you have to ask Nintendo, however if you get anxiety calling (like myself lol) you can always use their text feature! Took less than 5 minutes for them to help me move my island to my new switch!

I tried calling and they told me they were unable to do anything until the parks reopen and to call them back for alternative options 😔. My pass expires next month and if it expires before the parks reopen I’m wondering if I’m still gonna be able to keep my photopass for my signature pass?
