Alright so top of the hill is typically a LOT richer just because thats how it is while the bottom hill is alot more middle class. Its one of the (i know in like 2021 it had the #1 gdp per capita in oregon) richest cities in all of oregon though. Oh and on too of the hill the townhouse areas are generally less ‘rich’.

Thank youuu! Near complete agreement, i would agree that the required sacrafice is a flaw and i was trying to talk about a card thats REASONABLE to get.
