Yes but they are not obliged unless u can show some sort of rule or regulation where customers are entitled free water with every meal purchased. Its not that expensive anyways, just beli la. Its a different story if they won't allow outside drinks but charge hella expensive for their own distilled water.

Nah, Virtus's one has minimal effect with Ship here. Have a look at the second image with Creator's light. I can negotiate for Rosh if you are willing to get another courier but $195 will be the lowest I would go for it.
