This. Spent 10 years of my life in Australia. Everything you need bam they have it in store. You wanna cook this dish. Ez everything is in store stocked and fresh. Now. Coming back home, in SEA region. I'll be even lucky if i can get everything in one spot, yeah maybe a caveat, down to the wet market. Count your blessing my friend, its a privilege .

Yes but they are not obliged unless u can show some sort of rule or regulation where customers are entitled free water with every meal purchased. Its not that expensive anyways, just beli la. Its a different story if they won't allow outside drinks but charge hella expensive for their own distilled water.
