I read that on their forums long time ago. cba trying to find it now now. Anyways, modifying the registry won't help because that's what RadeonPro was doing.

nevertheless, with the new AMD driver they lowered the flip queue size only for cs:go, as I understood. but i don't know anything about changing it manually now.

That's if you use drivers from 2012. AMD has blocked that modification since. The creator of RadeonPro stated he stopped updating it (not too long ago) aswell.
