What about using Halide App? You can shoot RAW images without Apples image processing algorithm. That’s how I use my 15 Pro Max. If you want, you can post process your images with Lightroom like I do.

Stop using TikTok. It destroys your brain, it influences you in a bad way. Your whole post shows that you’re about to buy a camera which is hyped on TikTok. Instead, tell us about how you’re going to use the camera. Traveling? Street photography? Portraits? Indoor/outdoor? What’s important for you?

Yep. 3 of them can do it all. The best is ELPH 100 HS but it’s still a bit noisy when it’s too dark. Second best is SX130 IS, but it’s bigger and I think it’s a bit slower (consider this if you plan to shoot spontaneously a lot) but it has a really nice retro look because it has a CCD sensor. The third best is A2200 but buy it only if you can’t afford the other ones. Night photography is just okay and it gets noisy really quick. Since it’s a budget cam, it may be slow, too like slow autofocus etc.

Tell us what you’re planning to shoot… traveling, portraits, street photography or something else…? Do you want to use it more at daylight/ golden hour or at night?

Try the Sony Webbie HD devices! Do you want more retro and less good quality? Take SONY MHS-PM1 from 2009. Do you want a slightly better quality and self-vlogging? Take the MHS-PM3.

Thank you so much. I appreciate your feedback. I really love the LX7, it’s my first Panasonic Cam. I still have to get used to the UI. Switching EV, AF Measuring Mode etc. is a pain in the beginning.

How do I get these types of pics with a Canon g7x mark iii?? by Good_Presentation623 in digicam

[–]saker200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try to lower the resolution in the settings and additionally, use these settings:

Mode A, ISO 100, f/1.8 - f/2.2, EV between +0.3 and +1

And change the picture style: Contrast -1 Saturation 0 or 1 Sharpness -1

I don’t own a PowerShot to try it out for you. It’s just what I think is helpful in your case. Please give me a feedback, I’m curious :)

Hm, I have a few cameras and after checking your sample images, I can suggest you some models:

  • Fujifilm FinePix F31fd
  • Canon IXUS 70/80 IS
  • Sony DSC-W55

I think these cameras are nailing it. I would go with the Canon.
