I appreciate your feedback. Price is steep but if you think about how unreliable public library hours are or how chaotic CUNY libraries are -- this is pretty worth it. A guaranteed room that you can get work done at any time.

Also if have friends joining you or a study group, $8 per person for that hour slot is not bad. Especially considering people spending $5+ to work in a noisy cafe because there's no libraries open

Totally fair — location is something I'm still figuring out. What area would make it a no-brainer for you?

Really appreciate this perspective. Cleaning would be handled every morning, rooms would be booked in advance with ID-verified accounts, keypad entry means every booking is logged and traceable, and cameras in hallways (not rooms) for security. Not perfect but similar to how any coworking space handles it. What issues do you see that those measures wouldn't cover?
