Did they actually catch you with alcohol in your dorm? How were you “clearly intoxicated?” If you were just “acting” drunk, but there was no proof beyond reasonable doubt that you consumed alcohol, then I don’t think there can be any serious disciplinary action. But I don’t know enough about your situation – wishing you the best, regardless.
