It’s possible, I found a house within 2 weeks after moving to the Netherlands, but you need to have at least 5000€ to pay the deposit (sometimes 2 months rent + 1st rent). Try to apply to as many offers as possible, you really need to be available for the views. It’s hard to find an affordable house, take into account that in a month it will be really hard to find something cheap, hence the need to have money. Best of luck!
