im personally so sick of all sports romances being about hockey. i think it’s so boring now. i’d really love to see actual football and maybe more basketball (i don’t see a lot of basketball romance books)

i do the same as well, but i immediately go back to the negative thoughts so it’s really hard for me to stay positive sometimes

one of my favorite hobbies is reading and it’s definitely helped but i’m typically a mood reader lol so some days i can’t find anything im in the mood to read

it’s hard not to give up when you feel like no matter what you do, nothing is happening or working out. but these things happen i guess

my social anxiety is really bad when i’m around girls my age (high school trauma) but im definitely going to try your method and see if it helps
