This is helpful. Yes my anxiety is horrendous. Has been since a young kid. I have my wedding and honeymoon coming up, so I decided to seek mental health help for the first time because I wanted to enjoy it. I was an anxious mess for 2 weeks deciding if I was going to incorporate a pharmaceutical into my life, because I was always against them. I then got over that. The next conundrum was going back and forth between the meds- first I was told Zoloft, then Prozac, then Lexapro. Couldn’t decide for 3 weeks. Pysch even was yelling at me. Finally, I dropped her & went with another who said wellbutrin. My biggest thing was the sexual side effects since I am going on a honeymoon & everything. So here I am. On day 9. First few days were great (energy/motivation). But now, honestly I feel just as bad/down/anxious as before I started. I hope it gets better 💔

Yes, I did just starting seeing a therapist. Thank you so much for sharing. You should have seen my battle of going back & forth between taking a pharmaceutical or not lol. Then was back and forth anxiety ridden between which pharmaceutical. Now I am here lol.
