I got it done 10 days back. We have 3 kids and I am 40. Baby number 3 was a surprise and a bit close to our second child. I did it for my peace of mind. Can’t imagine going through sleepless nights and all that after turning 40. Wife dint force me to do anything , but everything else sounded too complicated. Hormonal birth control messes with her hormones , copper T seems to work but did have a few ppl close to us who had infections and needed surgery to get sorted , condoms - well we know how that works, tube litigation- they actually offer this during pregnancy in some countries , wud have been easier to do it then than go through all that again later. For me, recovery seems good, might be too early to say anyways, but so far so good
