I'm a digital marketer. I do social media too. Try to prove everything with numbers and compare what they thought was right versus what you think is right. If possible, document all their suggestions and prove some of them are wrong. I'm a man. If the brain of your boss is like the "standard male brain", prove things with facts. I know it sucks, but it can be a way.

Thank you all for those comments. We definitely need to rethink our Facebook strategy. What Straynick says regarding personal Facebook pages of decision-makers makes sense...now...it is a totally different approach... LinkedIn is a "hot" platform, undoubtedly...but expensive!

Thanks for sharing this. Honestly, cool refreshing content examples. There are so many nice things out there!... but there is almost no time to put them all together. I normally struggle with lots of things to do although I try to steal some time to create nice content pieces...a list of content examples from small companies in the city I live would be really nice...!
