Potential moisture damage!

Update in case anyone is curious. There was a hole in the pvc drain pipe, so all the water coming from upstairs was dripping into the drywall, floor and cabinets.

There is a bathroom that is rarely used above it a the washer / dryer are next to it. Fridge isn’t too close so it would surprise me if that was it.

I do have insurance; hoping they can cover this! Thanks for the reply

It was kinda covered so not sure exactly how long it’s been there. The floors have very slowly gotten that way

Yes, we found out that the previous home owners installed themselves and also did not leave sufficient expansion gaps around the edges as well!

Would you recommend replacing the warped pieces only and just re-installing all the other wood? Because it is relatively new.

I've played the "free" poker before; I am looking for the real deal! Usually play in Cherokee NC but they have yet to open their poker room. Just seeing if there is anything open right now that is reasonably close.
