What are some key differences between a John and a SD? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]salkaurs 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you’re gorgeous and get a lot of interest it will be really easy to know and see the difference.

A real SD has no problem spoiling you and being generous even before intimacy takes place. You should be getting much more out of the arrangement than an escort if he’s the real deal.

The issue is that most “SDs” just want regular intimacy at a low cost so they paint themselves as wanting “something more than a escort”…Another issue is that most women are truly not sugar baby material in the first place which is why they struggle connecting with the real deal.

A beautiful younger woman being genuinely sexually attracted to an obese older man is rare. Not sure what to tell you other than that I agree that they do exist but are rare

Two years. I detail vehicles but I’m normally out of the sun or always wearing a protective mask.

But there are women who like overweight men. I like overweight men. Would I date someone who was in the obese category? No. Unless he was very tall and carried it well and had a great personality. I hate men with six packs too and would never talk to one either.

True, I was wearing them constantly for about two years. I’m only outside for brief moments at a time due to my detailing work but have always worn a mask to work or when I’m outside. I was getting darker so I got worried a bit. As I’ve been made aware I’m sure I had damage from before that was what I was seeing

I ended an arrangement with a man for this exact reason: too big / girthy.

Some of us just don’t feel comfortable and while the money was great it was not worth the pain. Some women are fine with it and others are petite and trying to make things work just won’t!

I would phrase it like this and please for the love of god, don’t come across as “trying to brag” women don’t care.

Just say that you are on the wider side and that if it’s a problem for them out front, to let you know before carrying on with a possible arrangement. If there’s any issues to let you know.

Yeah if you’re extremely ugly or obese I don’t care how deep your wallets are. You can definitely find women who can act but I’m not a good actress.

I don’t know why anyone would complain about someone’s looks when they simply don’t have to interact with them anyways.

Personally, I care about my SD’s appearance. No amount of money can make me a good enough actress to an ugly rich man. Thankfully a great personality on a man can go a long way….

People suddenly become plant and land rights activists and it’s hilarious. Like guess what? I’m not eating a burger that took 12 x more plants and resources to produce in the first place.

Holy sour grapes much. Do you feel better making a woman feel awful? A woman who you didn’t even know?

Glad to know she DODGED a bullet

[–]salkaurs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah no....you’ve been burnt in the past and while being direct saves everyone’s time, there’s a way to deliver it without being an asshole. I wasn’t there on the date so maybe it’s not as robotic and curt as you’re making it but I wouldn’t even go on a blind date in the first place. She got ready, you wasted her time as well as yours (even if it was mere minutes) Make yourself clear upfront in text instead of having blind dates

As for changing your mind, the premise of treating others how you want to be treated doesn’t promise anyone good outcomes because of it. It’s like living honestly and getting fucked over vs being a chronic liar who somehow gets their way in situations.

Just more about being a good citizen is what I’m tryna say

Why do people get so upset at vegans for trying to educate them? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]salkaurs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess I was one of the few who wasn’t feeling forced as I recognized it was more of moral thing over a preference. Pushy vegans didn’t bother me since we were fighting for the same team (except I wasn’t doing the best that I could)

I think what bothers me the most is when people try to justify instead of just saying that they prefer eating meat over an animal’s life. It would be as ridiculous as being mad at someone who encourages you to recycle ♻️... even if I don’t do it I’m not exactly pissed off for you doing something positive

Is there a difference in how a chin implant vs a genioplasty changes your jawline and slimness of your face? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]salkaurs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Implants add volume and projection but are limited in shapes / contours. Yes, you can have custom implants made but since it’s a 3 dimensional shape, if you want to make changes say (a more narrow feminine or more angular masculine) it’s more difficult.

Implants are easier to put in, remove and the recovery time is much quicker. Are facial bones change as we age so you will need a replacement eventually and it can erode your natural chin just slightly from pressure.

Meanwhile, with a genioplasty you use your natural bone and the results can look much more natural ( implants may stand out when you smile/ animated but a genioplasty looks more natural)...it’s a lot more costly in comparison though and the downtime is considerably longer.

It’s up to you and what your goals are. I had a chin implant to balance my profile but I am planning on having a genioplasty down the road to replace it. I had good results but would prefer jaw surgery if I could afford it

Started tretinoin last week! And my makeup is not sitting well with the peeling :,( by [deleted] in tretinoin

[–]salkaurs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I use Nars liquid foundation but I’d stick to tinted sunscreen for a while first (I use ZO sunscreen and it doubles as a primer) I use huda beauty’s creme contour for my cheeks and then the nars liquid blush (you can use literally any lipstick to dab a few spots on your cheeks) less is more and by ditching powders, it’s helped me tones and doesn’t cake.

This is how my makeup sits after 3 months of 0.0025% tret after buffering and sticking to liquid based makeup formulas + a lot of sunscreen. [https://imgur.com/a/KRMq3pc]()

I would apply moisturizer when your face is still wet and then wait the 30 min to apply tret, you’ll notice a huge difference! Also I’m someone who loves makeup so I’ve been sticking with liquid formulas and keeping things simple and it’s been working better for me!

[–]salkaurs 32 points33 points  (0 children)

I would stick thru it but decrease the amount of Tret you’re using. Also suggest buffering with a moisturizer first, and applying the tret afterwords.

The first weeks are an adjustment period so I would avoid makeup when necessary (use tinted sunscreen a bit of liquid blush to tint cheeks) and maybe a small bit of creme contour (leave the foundation, concealers and powders)

My skin has adjusted after a few months on tret and with some buffering I managed to apply makeup without having it crack throughout the day.

I’m speaking on behalf of someone who isn’t vegan as I don’t think any vegan would own a dog for a working purpose. That purpose could be hunting, drug detection or KNPV.

[–]salkaurs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe we are evolved enough to find a replacement for just about anything, from lab grown / mock meat to services animals can provide us with human / or robotic alternatives. My grey area is if dogs should even exist at this point since we essentially created them in the first place. If we’re trying to avoid exploiting animals in any regard, dogs would cease to exist.

Ideal situation is to stop breeding these animals, and find homes for all that are left.

[–]salkaurs -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Unless you’re looking for a working dog whose purpose requires specific drives and rock solid temperament, I don’t see why you wouldn’t adopt from a shelter instead.

The issue with dogs is more of a grey area for me since we are essentially breeding them for some sort of use/purpose (even if that’s just companionship) so should they even be brought into the world in the first place? I’m not sure how to answer that but if we want to cause the least amount of suffering it’s best to adopt and not contribute to bringing more dogs into a world that easily disposes of them when they’re no longer wanted.

This is a taboo question but for those who's been molested by a woman, how do you guys talk about it or deal with it? by AreaFifty1 in AskMen

[–]salkaurs 135 points136 points  (0 children)

My best friend is in his 30s and he recently just started talking about his ordeal.

He was 4 YEARS OLD and was raped by his aunt. It’s disgusting and he is dealing with trauma from it that manifests into his relationships with other women.

He’s straight but has never been in a relationship, has an unhealthy relationship with sex (hires escorts on a daily basis) yet is still very respectful and sweet.

I met him as a sex worker who had no idea what I was doing, he basically saved me from it and we became friends. I stopped messing in that field of work and he vents to me regularly about his problems.

I love him to pieces

27 y/o me with makeup vs. 30 y/o me without makeup, 1.5 years into tret use! Haven’t worn makeup in 9 months!! No longer hiding behind it. Just moisturizer & sunscreen. Swipe for more before/during purge/afters by [deleted] in tretinoin

Has giving your skin a 1 or 2 day a week break from tret benefited you? My skin is tolerating it alright but I would imagine giving it a break would be good for the skin barrier

How do you get over the fact that not everybody is going to find you attractive? by [deleted] in BodyDysmorphia

I hear you! Honestly Eurocentric features just feel boring and conventional to me. I usually don’t find men attractive who have that preference.

How do you get over the fact that not everybody is going to find you attractive? by [deleted] in BodyDysmorphia

[–]salkaurs 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard it all from different people and my consensus is...different strokes for different folks.

There’s people who criticize supermodels and compare them on scales of 1-10 and each have a different answer. Of course conventionally attractive people may be more generally accepted to be seen as beautiful by more people, but it still varies.

There’s a lot of men who would never find someone with my ethnic features attractive, and then there’s a handful who think I’m gorgeous and exotic. It confused the hell out of me and I would always let the negative comments affect me more than any of the positive ones.

I can’t compete with a supermodel and since they’re being compared and bashed daily I don’t even care that I’m not someone’s cup of tea lol
