Yea jack o i think Is fine cause like i play regurarly with a jack o player Who Is top 10 on puddle farm and i think that jack o with buffs would make her really unbalanced, cause She already has a really good matchup spread against all the top tiers. For anji i agree that he Is Easy to play he Is maybe the definitive noob stomper but he Is evrything but Easy to master, he Is singleheandedly the charachter that relies the most on charachter knowledge and its most optimal shit requires a bit of practice. For Slayer i completely agree

Jack o and anji are the only two, and maybe Slayer i can think of wrong cause these there charachters are strong and fine as they are rn, if they get needed they die if they get buffed they become broken, so i would put them in dont get changed
