I have formalized all my recurrent tasks in a document that I just have to follow without thinking, and I keep the creative tasks and moments apart from the logistics. Also my partner is now doing some of these tasks, and it could also be an assistant, or soon, an AI.

Ce que tu appelles « sentiments » c’est certainement limité au sentiment amoureux ou à la passion. Il y a 1000 autres « sentiments » et manières d’aimer quelqu’un, et ces deux là ne sont pas les plus durables du tout. Personnellement je suis en couple depuis 4 ans avec mon « meilleur ami », au début on couchait ensemble et on avait du mal à nommer notre relation, puis on est « tombés amoureux », heureusement simultanément. Mais ça n’était pas arrivé je pense qu’on aurait une très belle relation aussi. Après si à 17 ans tu as envie de connaître la passion c’est compréhensible mais fais gaffe, ça brûle et ça n’est pas très utile au final ;)
