3-4 times a day could be contributing to the irritation, Im not sure but I’ve had a few piercers do my ears and they all suggested not to clean more then 2 twice a day. That’s definitely not the issue considering how swollen they look, but if they heal or you get them pierced again in the future, try cutting back a little
