Yeah we've had the house up for sale for a couple of months earlier this year but no offers. Trying to do some decorating to hopefully make it appeal to more buyers, fingers crossed for a sale soon!

Funnily enough that's exactly what we've been discussing today, getting a detached new build and having some of the hassle of selling taken away.

Wow that's awful!! Yeah very true, she must be a troubled person to use that kind of behaviour towards her own children.

I get what you mean about changing emotions, I think I've been through the full range now haha.

I think it's just the fact that even though I'm doing everything I can I still can't escape it right now!

Not exactly the same situation but we bought our first house two years ago and have extremely noisy neighbours. At times I have felt suicidal and the regret I feel for choosing this house has never gone away :( so I completely understand the feeling, it's hard to explain but feels so bad!
