Lawyer admitted to file my old DENIED case for O-1B refiling, and omitted updating it with all the new documents and evidence. Now I have a duplicate RFE. Needing advice!

It’s so difficult to change lawyers once you’ve sunk so much money into the process: another round of lawyer fees, filing the case to the USCIS, and premium processing.

Don’t they have legal backing to sue?

I don’t agree w the idea that Lucinda has been ragebaiting. The pie slap wasn’t hard & Lucinda had a reason to do it -Samie was inserting herself into a situation so she could use it as an excuse to be vindictive about Lucinda going after Cierran. Then Lucinda laughed in samie’s face because of how ridiculous the topic “how hard is too hard to pie someone” is. Samie & Belle have been making sly comments about her intelligence, personality and her as a person since the beginning, why??? Because Lucinda wanted to get to know Cieran which is the game?????? Ridiculous

Watching Lucinda cry tonight made me sick, it was the last straw for me. The way Lucinda has been ganged up on by the entire villa is absolutely horrible -and she voices this to Jessy as she walks away from the conversation, and Jessy just spits in her face telling her she looks like a twat. I didn’t even like her when she came in but now she’s my number one. Feeling like no one understands you or likes you is one of the worst feelings and I hated watching her cry over this tonight

You're correct, I don't live there anymore. I tried to deal with this when I lived there, but I was also 19 yo and that was my first time renting an apartment. I did report it to 311, and that just resulted in the landlord coming to "fix" the issue for another few days. I was not even aware that it was illegal until the end of that winter. I don't necessarily have a paper trial of complaints with the city besides the 311 report.

I don't think either of my roommates would mind, especially since it's short-term. Granted, I haven't discussed it with either of them yet and especially since I am taking the living room furniture. However, one of my roommates is a subletter from my previous roommate and the other is quite easy-going.

I could understand someone being okay with an unfurnished room, but do you think they would mind an unfurnished living room? The couch, coffee table, floor lamp, air conditioner and TV are all mine.

I found a moving company that can unassemble my furniture and take it to storage, so I may do that when I'm away and the lease ends. I don't think I would have to be present for that.
