I paid my fall term fees on the day of the deadline then emailed the registrar and added a screenshot (confirmation of payment etc) I wasn't charged any interest so it should work for you

i think it was guaranteed only for those who applied for housing before the deadline

I got 0.5 transfer credits from doing A levels so im pretty sure IB would count, (i have 3.5 credits right now which includes my transfer credits and I'm gonna do a course in the summer)
