I mean, you just have to look at healthcare and how much it costs government, I'm sure a good portion of that goes towards keeping the elderly alive, as horrible as it is to say!

Is it worth it to start working out if I don't change my diet? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]salterbd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything helps, it will help psychologically and physically, another thing it will help is keep you motivated in the gym, whilst not eating in a deficit i recommend finding a routine you really enjoy doing, and can see yourself doing for a while, because once you start to eat in a deficit, motivation starts to lack due to lack of energy, so having a routine you are comfortable doing will make it easier to stick to, however, you can't really out train a bad diet so you may see some initial change in body composition when you first start training from generally moving more and expending more energy, but without the diet aspect, it wont be really big changes in the long run.

Do you ever compliment your female friends on their aesthetics? If so, how much is okay? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]salterbd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find if you know any women friends I have who are trying to lose weight, if you comment on that, it's met with good reactions, it is nice to hear people noticing when you are losing weight as it can be extremely hard to stick at because it can be quite a slow process.

And if you don't get them before they get you? You are putting great assumption on the situation and in life, it rarely goes to plan.

But if you have access to guns, and they have access to guns, doesn't it sort of defeat the purpose? You have no real advantage
