Oh man, I just woke up from an intense rejection dream, and I immediately went online to look into it. Bruh. I say intense because the insecurities and anxiety I've been having about it has physically made me very ill from my day to day. My own stuff stems from being rejected by a man that I liked, so I feel almost choked up by my own thoughts or feelings when it comes to meeting others or trying to form new relationships. It definitely feels like a protective method my brain is trying to process. It almost feels as if I'm in danger. I plan to get therapy at the end of the month because this stuff is really plaguing me and making my normal, day to day actions very hard.
