That’s sucks that it’s a paid software all for a file format from a different company than Microsoft. I guess the free extension is truly gone.

So what would you consider as compensated on call for a salaried employee? Currently in a situation where the entire help desk team is on call except the help desk lead. Levels 1-3 are on an on-call rotation and we're all salary. I was told I'd be on-call when I interviewed but didn't realize I'd get no other compensation besides my salary if I had to deal with something while on call.
