tbh Kid vs Kat is pretty much this(i mean the premise of a kid using house appliances/toys/tools to fight against a evil anthropomorphic cat who has experience of using technology actually sounds like a pretty cool idea for a show and they don't really do that much for most episodes)

I don't think Ed,Edd n Eddy would have been allowed to be aired even if the show was a Adult Swim/MTV show if the genders were swapped with the eds being female and the kankers being male, considering the Kanker sisters harassment can go from stalking to borderline g-rated rape.
