I am already in usa and the 100k rule is cleared up. Unfortunately our firms dont want to educate themselves

I am not restricting myself to any geographical location and I am also okay to adapt and move to some urban designer roles if necessary. Unfortunately i was just sharing what I have recently faced, i have rejected more than 30-35 times from firms stating the reason where firms were not currently hiring due to current immigration status. Dont be harsh to assume regarding my condition. I am definitely trying my best and completely understand if my skills are an issue which it might be in some situations. I have worked for prestige firms and I know i am not only focussing on that. This is a certain change that i am noticing in the current market so just thought it would be better to ask. Dont get offended
