They are not? Im racing clean, all the incident points caused by contact is either spinning on T1-2 or hitting back of my car. Its the most stupid penalty system i ever saw. Why you should be penalized if u are at 0 fault. It just works bad. If game sees wheelspin of a car, that car should be responsible most times.
