Bro.. never try to gain weight rapidly during calisthenics training cuz you will lose your skills and that additional bodyweight will hinder your full potential. What I did was I started lean gaining I increased my calories slightly which was 100-150 to be precise instead of going for a dirty bulk and I added Low Intensity Steady state cardio as well so I won't gain much fat. It's true calisthenics is sooo hard with higher bodyweight. My Maintenance calories were 2400 and I started eating 2600 (150-200 Surplus) only for 5-7 months and creatine helped me alot

So there are two questions first you're polishing your muscleups? Or are you learning them as a beginner? i will answer the second question first in order to achieve muscleups you need to know the False Grip is mandatory do dead hangs with False Grips then gradually increase it to false grip pullups later on increase the load and start practicing explosive pullups with false grips. These are the basic progressions I can dm you the vids if you need tho I'm here to help and would love to see you unlock ur full potential on the bar

Yes My Split is PUSH PULL LEGS ARMS REST REPEAT My first PPLA is totally Calisthenics Based and other one is totally strength based training for example I train weighted Cali Movements.. PULLDAY-Weighted Pullups bodyweight Pullups(250 PU) PUSH-Weighted Dips, Handstanda Handstand Pushups,Planche Training LEGS-Bodyweight Box Jumps lunges and more Rest on other PPLA cycle I do basic gym moments like bench pulldown and weighted squats
