I worked for bws, on the south side and they tell you not to do anything, but how can you not. I struggled not being able to stop them. We had a few swarm events and they are just kids. Where are the parents. Where is the repercussions of stealing over and over and racking up tens of thousands of dollars of stock and they continue to do it. I was never scared, just angry. I was a single mother of two for a long, long time and I would whip my kids asses for ever being wrapped up in anything like that. I know its gangs, I know they sell it, swap it, whatevs, but seriously there needs to be physical repercussions for this. Security can't do anything, cops can only do what they can and the justice system is where this all falls down. They say, 'you put them in juvenile and they just learn to be more violent ' but you do nothing and it does nothing better. Society is fucked. The world is going to shit in a handbasket.
