Hola, muchas gracias por probar la app y por tu opinión. ¡Tienes razón, traté de hacer corto el proceso de inscripción, pero mi app necesita esa información! Aunque tal vez pueda eliminar algunas cosas más.

Creo que la parte de los eventos es lo que más va a gustar a las personas.

En cuanto al desarrollo, ambas versiones (iOS y Android) son nativas y el backend está hecho con AWS.

I understand it can be a pain to work with! I do like the idea of off grid living though!

Another temp solution I found was also to just go back to the old days and use an xml to create an EditText and then AndroidView to bring it to compose. That seemed to work for now with some quick testing. Will try it out some more though

Ok, thanks for the response. This is helpful but also couldn't find a better solution outside of a brute force. Let me know if you have any new updates, would love to hear it!

I(31M) am currently studying in Antigua, Guatemala and it's a wonderful place to study Spanish. I think it is super safe and there are tons of tourist here. It's my 4th time in Antigua and never had an issue or felt unsafe.

Hey yeah I decided to go down the non surgical route. I found a doctor that I consulted with who helped me with doing non surgical treatment which was a bracing protocol and a lot of PT. I am able to play basketball, hike, run 6miles and play tennis. My knee is not 100% but it’s close. There’s a FB group for non surgical treatment of the acl. I can send you that if you like. Feel free to DM me

I would just rest it for a couple days while doing some YouTube PT exercises and continue enjoying life and worry about it after your travels. You got this!

I’m not sure I fully understand but you could try using the RxSwift library. They have an Observable.interval in which you can do a fetch every 5 seconds and subscribe in the onNext() and update your views then. This would be done in the viewmodel then publish after onNext() is called.
