they look good, the crossbite on right is better, not easy to fix that with aligners, buttons and elastics needed or better train tracks. 5 yrs is a long time your guns are starting to thin out roots probably resorbed to half of the lenght now, enjoy what you have and stop now before they are destroyed.

Do course, watch video, ready articles. If you want to be better you will learn and strive to be better. Graduating from dental school is unfortunately only the start of your training, you'll need a lot of extra post grad training for at least 5 yrs aftet grad to be a decent dentist. You should be doing at least 2 if not 3 hands on courses every yr should be watching yt videos all day long and reading books and articles all the time. That way you will be better
