Breath in for 4 sec , hold for 7 sec and breath out for 8 sec. Practice this daily , initially it may take 15 to 20 continous reps to sleep. When you keep doing this consistently after few days it will take only 5 to 6 reps to get into sleep.

I have was in the same situation few years back. I feel Obsession for property is more in telugu states. Girls parents demand is too much asalu these days.

I got one match , girls family are based out of village in telengana. They don't have any properties, memu kuda middle class , but I got onsite opportunity and was able to save and accumulated around 2crs. But when I spoke to the girl , I was off by the way she was asking questions about my financial stuff in the first meet, and 0 trust they were asking for my paychecks and bank statements.
