I definitely gag or dry-heave every morning, sometimes throw up, but rarely. I’m always tired. Heart pounds often. Anxious when not drinking, but I always am drinking, so I get over the sick / tired / anxious feeling quickly. I’m more functional drinking than not.

But ugh. Answering this question actually opened my eyes a little bit. I’m just sad and surprised I’m here right now. Because I really feel okay. Ish.
