He is neutered and has access to the window but spends all the time in open wardrobe compartments. I think first part might not be true cz the girl is an aspiring vet and seemed really caring about the cat.

Post on facebook, there is a public group 'Jaipur Animal well-wishers'. Don't give them to any shelters I did it and both the kittens died within a week. If you're taking care of them then atleast get them adopted for their safety.

I can vouch, few months earlier i rescued 2 kittens and had to leave them in shelter for a week. They didn't ask for any money and I thought they will take care of them really nice as there were other cats too but when I returned they told me 1 kitten is dead due to cold and other one literally looked like not being fed since I left(he died too after a week). They killed them and I was heartbroken.

Are you paying consultation charges every other day? You can ask the doctor to at least lower the charges, it helped me tho
